Dr. Tazeen Azfar, MD
Welcome to Complete Care Psychiatry, where our goal is to build long term trusting relationships with empathic listening and utmost care. I believe in a holistic approach, take time to understand each individual’s needs and tailor a treatment plan accordingly. I practice evidence based medication treatment along with psychotherapy. Specialized in treating common issues like ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety disorders, phobias, major depressive disorder, OCD, oppositional defined disorder and mood disorders in child, adolescent as well as adult patients.
I have extensive experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with mental health problems. I completed my residency and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Nassau University Medical Center in New York. Treating a diverse population with varied issues, I believe strongly in the value of collaborative care.

Our Working hours are:
- Mondays – Fridays : Afternoon
- Wednesdays : 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Absolutely! Our psychiatrists can prescribe medications to help manage mental health conditions, as part of a comprehensive treatment plan that may also include psychotherapy.
